Accountant

The Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the Endowments' $2.1B investment portfolio, grantmaking activity, and operating accounts. This position is responsible for moderately complex accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and supporting the organization's strategic financial objectives.
The Accountant Position key organizational relationships:
- Reports to the Accounting Manager
- Works closely with Finance Assistant, Grants Manager and Program Staff
- Collaborates with Investment Team and external auditors
- Serves as a key financial resource for the organization
Compensation range: $70,000 - $87,500, commensurate with experience

This position is full-time (40 hours per week), offers a hybrid schedule and requires in office attendance Tues/Wednesday/Thursday or when work meetings/needs require. The office is located at 625 Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh, PA and a parking allowance/lease is included in the benefits package.

Digital Asset Management Intern

The Digital Asset Management Intern plays an important role in centralizing and organizing the Endowments' photo, video and audio content libraries in Canto, streamlining content production efforts and improving asset utilization and tracking. This moderately technical position is responsible for ensuring accurate tags and metadata are applied to all assets, using appropriate file formats with consistent file naming conventions, creating portals to share assets with staff, vendors and grantees, and supporting the organization's operational communications objectives.
The Digital Asset Management Intern key organizational relationships:
- Reports to the Communications Manager
- Works closely with the Communications Team, IT and Program Staff
Compensation range: $18 / hour, 25 hours per week
