Grantee Portal Transition Notice


Our grantee portal is transitioning from the current Blackbaud Legacy Portal to a new Blackbaud Applicant & Grantee Portal. 



Key Dates & Information

 

June 2, 2025: The new Blackbaud Applicant & Grantee Portal launches. Grant seekers should start any new letter of inquiry (LOI) or general application in this new system.  

Aug. 31, 2025: Blackbaud Legacy Portal shuts down permanently.  

 



What You Need to Know:  
 

New LOI/Applications:

Starting on June 2, 2025, the new Blackbaud Applicant & Grantee Portal should be used for all new LOI’s and general applications. New login credentials will need to be created if you don’t already have a Blackbaud ID.

Applications in Process:

Complete unfinished applications and submit via the Blackbaud Legacy Portal by Aug. 31, 2025, to avoid data loss. Regrettably, we are unable to transfer any in-process applications to the new portal.

 

Reporting Requirements in Process:

Complete unfinished reporting requirements and submit via the Blackbaud Legacy Portal by Aug. 31, 2025, to avoid data loss. Please use the most recent link you received via email from The Heinz Endowments to access any open requests.  

 

Submitted Applications and Reports:

If you would like to retain a copy of previously submitted applications or reporting requirements, access the Blackbaud Legacy Portal to download these files before Aug. 31, 2025. Unfortunately, this data will NOT be transferred to the new system.
